Limited Warranty Disclosure

Thank you for choosing De Billas Lux. We are proud to offer premium craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our Limited Warranty terms carefully.

What Our Warranty Covers

1. Gold-Plated Watch Body

• Covered for up to 5 years from the date of purchase.

• Warranty applies to the gold plating of the watch body only.

2. Mechanical Failure

• Covered for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.

• Covers manufacturing defects only (does not include accidental damage).

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, or alterations.

• Physical damage to the watch body.

• Watches that are no longer water-resistant.

• Damage caused during the replating process if the watch is no longer water-resistant.

Warranty Conditions

• Non-Transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

• Shipping & Handling Fee: A $99 shipping and handling feeapplies to all warranty claims.

Important Note About Replating

For gold replating, the watch body must be free of physical damage and retain its water resistance capability. If the watch is no longer water-resistant, the electroplating process may damage it, and De Billas Lux will not be responsible for such damage.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at support@debillasluxury.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

2. Provide photos or videos of the watch body (and any areas of concern) to assist in the evaluation.

3. Once approved, ship the product to our provided address, along with the $99 shipping and handling fee.
