Returns
ā¢ We offer aĀ 14-day return policyĀ for unused products. If you wish to return an item, it must be in itsĀ original, unused conditionĀ with all packaging and accessories included.
ā¢ AĀ full refundĀ will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved.Ā
ā¢ Return shipping costsĀ are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges for Defective Products
ā¢ If your product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will gladly provide anĀ exchange.
ā¢ To initiate an exchange, please contact us withinĀ 14 days of receiving the product, and provide proof of the defect (photos or videos may be required).
