Processing Time

Each custom piece is handcrafted and inspected before shipping. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. Orders requiring engraving or special requests may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email if any delays occur.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • USA: 2–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on location and customs)

Expedited options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment in real-time using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping & Customs

We proudly ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Duties and taxes are not included in the order total and may be charged by your local customs office.
  • De Billas Lux is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues once a package has left our facility.
