De Billas Lux brings custom metal finishes and considered design details to genuine Apple Watch, iPhone and Samsung devices. Based in Oro Valley, Arizona, we offer customized devices and professional send-in services for items our customers already own.
Our craft
Our work includes 24K and 18K yellow-gold plating, rose-gold finishes, reflective polishing, approved titanium anodizing, engraving and custom bands. Gold plating is a surface finish over the original material, not solid gold. Golden anodizing is a distinct color treatment and does not add a layer of gold.
Stone-set Apple Watch Ultra cases use inlaid zircon accents; decorative stones on watch bands are rhinestones. The individual listing identifies the material and configuration. These accents are not advertised as diamond gemstones. Diamond-polished describes a finishing process.
Details before decoration
We identify what is included, how a device is customized and which care limitations apply. Our gold-plated stainless steel Apple Watch Series 9 and eligible earlier stainless steel models remain water resistant because they are not taken apart for plating. Eligible stainless steel Samsung watches follow the same non-disassembly approach.
Our custom-anodized titanium Apple Watch Ultra and titanium Apple Watch Series models also remain water resistant, including finishes that combine polishing and anodizing. Polished-only Apple Watch Ultra models of any generation remain water resistant because mirror polishing does not require disassembly.
Gold-plated Series 10 and newer and gold-plated titanium Ultra watches are different: they require disassembly and are no longer water resistant. Keep these watches dry. Retained water resistance depends on the original device's condition, is not permanent and is not a waterproof guarantee or a new depth certification. Handling time depends on the item and process. Custom Series 10 and newer normally take 7–14 business days; custom gold-plated Series 9 and earlier and Samsung watches normally take 3–5 business days. Standard send-in services normally take 3–5 business days after receipt and work confirmation. Made-to-order custom iPhones normally take 2–3 weeks. Clearly stated complex-work, priority or release-specific estimates take precedence. Carrier transit is additional.

We ship worldwide, only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please enter your complete and accurate address, including any required apartment or suite, city, state or province, postal code and country. This also applies to return shipment of send-in items. Carrier transit, customs clearance and applicable import restrictions are additional considerations.
