1. Are your watches authentic?
Yes. All smartwatches customized by De Billas Lux are genuine Apple, Samsung or the depicted stated devices, sourced from authorized dealers.
2. Is your gold plating real?
Absolutely. We use real 24K gold for all gold-plated models. Our proprietary method ensures a lasting finish that resists tarnish while maintaining a brilliant, elegant appearance.
3. Do your customizations void the warranty?
Yes. Because the watches are modified through plating, polishing, or embellishment, the manufacturer’s warranty (Apple/Samsung) may be void. However, each device remains fully functional and is tested before shipment.
4. How long will my order take to ship?

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the highly customized nature of our products, sales are final on custom phone devices, custom watches come with a 14 day return window for a full refund if returned in original condition. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy before placing your order.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship worldwide and insure all luxury orders during transit. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.
7. Can I request a custom design or engraving?
