Yes, you can request a different finish, a custom name or a custom logo engraving. Share the exact device model, case size or phone storage, desired finish, text or logo artwork, placement and any reference photos. We review the material and design and confirm feasibility, price, handling time and your approval before starting the project. Please provide only logo artwork you own or are authorized to use.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout, including the recipient's name, street address, apartment or suite if applicable, city, state or province where applicable, postal code where used, and country.
We ship only to the shipping address provided at checkout, including the return shipment of send-in items. An address sent later by email, WhatsApp or order notes does not replace that address. Contact us before shipment if you notice an error. Carrier transit, customs clearance, duties, taxes and applicable destination restrictions are separate from customization handling time.
