Is it real gold?+

Yes — each device is electroplated with real 24K gold. It is gold-plated, not solid gold. A certificate of authenticity is available on request.

Does my device still work normally?+

Yes. Your device keeps full functionality. Note: on customized iPhones, the metal back is replaced, so NFC and wireless (Qi) charging may not work, and no customized iPhone is water resistant.

Is it water resistant?+

Water resistance is retained only on anodized polished titanium Ultra and custom stainless steel models. Gold-plated models (including the gold-plated titanium Ultra, which is disassembled) do not retain water resistance.

How long does it take?+

Pieces are crafted, authenticated, and shipped fully insured within 7–14 business days. Diamond setting or engraving may add a few days.

What is your return policy?+

Custom iPhones are made to order and are final sale. Custom watches may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if returned in exact, unused condition; otherwise we may decline the return or apply up to a 50% restocking fee.

Do you ship worldwide?+

Yes — worldwide, tracked and insured. Duties and taxes may apply. Message us if you'd like to be invoiced separately for smoother, faster customs clearance.
