Gold-plated listings use the gold finish identified in that product, not solid gold. Polished and anodized products are different finishes; golden anodizing does not add a layer of gold.

The customization process determines which features are retained. Stainless steel watches plated without disassembly, custom-anodized titanium Apple Watches, and polished-only Apple Watch Ultra models remain water resistant, subject to their original condition. Gold-plated Series 10 and newer and gold-plated titanium Ultra watches are opened and are no longer water resistant. Custom phones can also lose NFC and wireless charging; read the selected listing.

Gold-plated stainless steel Apple Watch Series 9 and eligible earlier stainless steel models remain water resistant because they are not taken apart for plating. Custom-anodized titanium Apple Watch Ultra and titanium Apple Watch Series models also remain water resistant, including polishing followed by anodizing. Polished-only Apple Watch Ultra models of any generation remain water resistant because mirror polishing does not require disassembly. Eligible stainless steel Samsung watches remain assembled for plating. Gold-plated Series 10 and newer and gold-plated titanium Ultra models require disassembly and are no longer water resistant. Retained water resistance depends on the original device condition and is not permanent; it is not a waterproof guarantee or a new depth certification.

Custom Series 10 and newer: 7–14 business days. Custom gold-plated Series 9 and earlier and Samsung watches: 3–5 business days. Standard send-in services: normally 3–5 business days after receipt and work confirmation. Custom iPhones: normally 2–3 weeks. Transit is additional. Custom phone sales are final for change-of-mind returns. Mandatory rights for defective, damaged or misdescribed goods and qualifying shipping delays remain unaffected. Watches and bands follow the published 30-day return policy and its condition requirements. Contact us before returning an item.

Yes. We ship worldwide, only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Enter a complete and accurate address, including any required apartment or suite, city, state or province, postal code and country. This also applies to return shipment of send-in items. An address sent later by email, WhatsApp or order notes does not replace that address. Contact us before shipment if you notice an error. International shipments remain subject to applicable carrier, destination and import restrictions. Carrier transit and customs clearance are additional to handling time. Duties and taxes may apply.

Yes. You can request a different finish or personalized engraving, including a custom name or logo. Send the exact device model, desired finish, text or logo artwork, placement and reference photos. We review the material and design and confirm feasibility, price, handling time and your approval before starting the project. Please provide only logo artwork you own or are authorized to use.
