Expected dispatch: normally 2–5 business days.

Water resistance retained: this stainless steel Apple Watch is plated without taking it apart. This applies to Series 9 and eligible earlier stainless steel models; their existing seals remain undisturbed.

Retained water resistance depends on the original device's condition and is not permanent. Customization does not repair damaged seals or provide a waterproof guarantee or new depth certification. Follow the separate care guidance for bands, stones and custom finishes.

Carrier transit is additional. A clearly stated complex-service, priority or release-specific estimate takes precedence. Gold plating is a surface finish, not solid gold; golden anodizing is not gold plating.

Worldwide shipping: we ship only to the complete shipping address provided at checkout. This includes return shipment of send-in items.
