The separately selected priority polishing option has a 1–2-business-day estimate.

Water resistance retained: mirror polishing alone does not require disassembly. Polished-only Apple Watch Ultra models of any generation retain their existing water resistance.

Retained water resistance depends on the original device's condition and is not permanent. Customization does not repair damaged seals or provide a waterproof guarantee or new depth certification. Follow the separate care guidance for bands, stones and custom finishes.

Carrier transit is additional. A clearly stated complex-service, priority or release-specific estimate takes precedence. Gold plating is a surface finish, not solid gold; golden anodizing is not gold plating.

Worldwide shipping: we ship only to the complete shipping address provided at checkout. This includes return shipment of send-in items.

Mirror Polishing for Your Apple Watch Ultra

Send in your Apple Watch Ultra 1, 2, 3 or 4 for a reflective, mirror-polished titanium finish. This listing is for professional polishing of your own watch body; a watch and band are not included.

Before you order

Standard turnaround: normally 3–5 business days after we receive your watch and confirm the work. The separately selected priority service has a 1–2-business-day handling estimate. Shipping transit in both directions is additional.

The watch is not taken apart for this polishing process. Existing water resistance is intended to be preserved, subject to the device's condition. Water resistance is not permanent and no waterproof guarantee or new depth certification is provided. Polishing does not repair a damaged seal or other pre-existing defects.

Finish wear and new scratches can occur with use. Clean gently with a soft microfiber cloth and avoid abrasives, harsh chemicals and metal-polishing compounds.

Sending your watch

Choose whether you would like a prepaid FedEx mail-in label when selecting your service:

Yes — Prepaid FedEx label (+$29.99): An additional $29.99 will be included in the price of your selected polishing service. After checkout, we will email your prepaid FedEx shipping label to the email address on your order so you can mail your watch to us.

Print the emailed label and take it with your watch to a FedEx Office. Ask the staff for secure packing assistance. Your watch should be cushioned inside a sturdy protective box; when compatible with the service shown on your label, the protected watch can be placed inside a FedEx-branded padded envelope (FedEx Padded Pak). FedEx Office packing services and additional packing materials may cost extra and are not included in the $29.99 label fee. Retain your drop-off receipt and tracking number.

No — I'll ship with my own carrier: No label fee is added. Arrange and pay for shipping directly to us using your preferred carrier. Cushion the watch body securely in a sturdy box and retain your carrier tracking number.

Please note: The optional prepaid label is for shipping your watch from you to De Billas Lux only; it is not a return-shipping label for sending the finished watch back to you. Confirm unusual damage or special requests before shipping.
